Budget planning is always important.  Budget is a amount you set to spend for certain period or events, and budget planning is just a reference for what your spending and savings.  Plan is not dead, it is a verb.  Plan acts as a guideline for you so that you won’t overspend.  There is always some times that you need to spend more, and through budget planning, you will always have extra funds left for that purpose.  Besides, what you expect to spend might not be that much.  You are just making sure that the money you spend is at the correct place.
