		<description>Credit card is good for in the occasion when the cash is not enough.  It happened to me at least twice even though I have prepared cash in advanced for payment.  Due to unforeseen situation where more need to be paid (not shopping, I mean, in seeking medication from hospital), credit card is handy.</description>
